Selling Your Property as a Landlord

What is a fully managed letting service?
With our fully managed service we will take care of everything associated with renting out your property. We will conduct accompanied viewings and negotiate with potential tenants if we receive offers.

What happens when suitable tenants are found?
We will take up references and conduct right to rent checks on all tenants, identify any safety certification that the landlord requires, arrange for the security deposit to be paid or flatbond documentation, conduct an inventory, prepare the tenancy agreement and ensure it has been signed.

What is the rent collection service?
This is a more limited service than full management. Our property management team will advertise the property, conduct accompanied viewings, negotiate any offers and fully reference tenants. After the tenants have moved into the property, we will:

Collect rent and chase any arrears
Provide monthly and annual statements
Negotiate extensions to the contract
